Professional Tire Performance Analysis Engine
TireSimulator.Pro is a professional-grade tire performance analysis platform built for automotive enthusiasts, engineers, fleet managers, and everyday drivers who want to make smarter, safer decisions about their tires.
Our simulation engine models real-world friction physics, braking dynamics, seasonal behavior, and contact patch geometry — giving you insights that go far beyond what a simple tire label can tell you.
Deep performance metrics including grip coefficient, contact patch, temperature dynamics, and speed risk zones.
Side-by-side head-to-head analysis with radar charts and detailed performance tables.
Physics-based stopping distance calculations at multiple speeds with ABS simulation.
Comprehensive seasonal suitability ratings across all weather and road conditions.
Install as a native app on any device for offline access — no app store required.
Export detailed performance reports for record-keeping or professional use.
Our simulation is based on established tire friction principles including the effect of rubber compound type on temperature sensitivity, Pacejka-inspired contact patch modeling, and real-world aquaplaning speed estimation. While our engine provides highly useful comparative data, all results should be treated as estimates for informational purposes.
TireSimulator.Pro is an educational and informational tool. All simulation results are estimates based on theoretical models and should never be used as the sole basis for safety-critical decisions. Always consult a qualified automotive professional for tire advice.

TireSimulator.Pro is a free, browser-based tire performance analysis tool. It lets you simulate grip coefficients, braking distances, temperature sensitivity, and seasonal suitability for 20 real-world tire models — all without creating an account or installing anything.
Yes, completely free. No subscriptions, no ads, no paywalls. All simulation features are available to everyone at no cost.
No. TireSimulator.Pro works entirely in your browser with no registration required. Your data never leaves your device.
Yes — install TireSimulator.Pro as a PWA (Progressive Web App) and it works fully offline. Open the menu and tap Install App to add it to your home screen.
Results are theoretical estimates based on established friction physics models. They are excellent for comparison and education but should not replace professional tire advice. Real-world performance depends on your vehicle, driving behaviour, tire condition, and road state.
The grip coefficient (μ) is the ratio of friction force to the normal force pressing the tire onto the road. A value of 1.0 means the tire can generate a braking or cornering force equal to the vehicle's weight. Higher = more grip. Ice typically gives values around 0.15–0.30; dry asphalt with a good summer tire can reach 0.85–1.0.
Summer tire compounds are engineered to be soft and grippy above 7°C. Below that threshold, the rubber hardens and loses the ability to conform to road micro-textures, dramatically cutting friction. Winter tires use different compounds that stay pliable at sub-zero temperatures.
Aquaplaning occurs when a water layer builds up under the tire faster than the tread can evacuate it, causing the tire to float and lose contact with the road. The speed shown is a theoretical estimate — wider tires and shallower tread lower this threshold significantly.
Published tests use new tires, optimal pressure, controlled track surfaces, and professional drivers. Our simulation models the physics but cannot account for every variable. Use the figures for relative comparisons between setups, not as absolute predictions.
Yes — use Compare Tires mode. Select different models, set different temperatures to simulate seasonal conditions, and see the side-by-side results.
20 models from Michelin, Continental, Pirelli, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Hankook, Yokohama, Dunlop, Nokian, Toyo, Falken, Nexen, Kumho, Firestone, Barum, Matador, GT Radial, Landsail, Antares, and Westlake — spanning summer and all-season categories.
Yes. Skip the tire selector and enter your dimensions manually. The simulation will use generic performance characteristics based on your inputs.
Absolutely — use the Contact page to submit a request. We add new models regularly.
After running a simulation, click PDF to download a full report, or click Share to copy a URL that encodes your current configuration for bookmarking or sharing.
No. All calculations happen locally in your browser. The only thing stored is your dark/light theme preference. No simulation data is ever sent to a server.
All modern browsers — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. For the best experience and PWA install support, Chrome or Edge on desktop and Chrome on Android are recommended.
There are four analysis modes available via the tabs at the top of the simulator: Single Tire, Compare Tires, Braking Lab, and Season Score. All modes work without selecting a model — just enter dimensions manually if needed.
Click any tile in the tire grid to select a model. This pre-fills the dimensions and loads that tire's known performance scores into the charts. If your tire isn't listed, skip this step.
Set tire width, aspect ratio, rim size, inflation pressure, ambient temperature, road condition, surface type, tread depth, vehicle weight, and driving style to match your real-world situation.
Click the main action button (e.g. Run Simulation). A summary modal appears first, then full metrics, charts, and visualisations are rendered below.
The most detailed mode — analyses one tire configuration across all performance dimensions.
Runs two tire simulations simultaneously and produces a full side-by-side analysis.
Calculates physics-based stopping distances at seven speeds from 30 to 200 km/h.
Rates the selected tire across summer, winter, and wet conditions in one overview.
TireSimulator.Pro can be installed as a native-like app for instant access and offline use.
Once installed the app loads instantly and works fully offline from your home screen or taskbar.
